Your installation contract remains directly with your chosen installer. Final survey, final technical design, DNO/planning requirements, installation, certification, warranties and aftercare remain the installer’s responsibility. Refund eligibility is subject to the customer terms applicable when you purchase the service.

Because proper technical design has value. A free two-minute quote usually has to be paid for somehow — often through sales commissions, advertising costs or margin hidden inside the system price. Our model is different: a small transparent fee lets us put technical thinking first.
